Myth: If I’m Not Sweating, I’m Not Working Hard Enough

Sweating is not necessarily an indicator of exertion. Some people sweat more easily than others. Sweating is the body’s method of cooling itself. Many people associate sweating (think hot yoga) with burning more calories, but it’s the heat that contributes to sweating and not necessarily the effort. Those who don’t sweat easily shouldn’t discredit their efforts since it is possible to burn a significant amount of calories without pouring sweat.

Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
